CapitaSA is offering a Learnership opportunity to talented, resilient unemployed youth who want to be start and grow a career in the contact center/BPO industry. This is a 12-month Learnership where you will be offered work readiness training as well as practical training and on the job experience. At the end of the Learnership, the participants will be qualified with a NQF Level 3 which is crafted specifically for the BPO Industry as well as experience gained in an international BPO.
As a member of a highly skilled and motivated team, you will communicate with customers to identify specific needs, whilst delivering a market leading customer service/experience to increase the profitability of the business and remaining committed to treating our customers fairly and ensuring continuous delivery of customer service excellence.
Resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
Requirements:
• Matric certificate (pass in Maths & English preferred)
• 6 months, Call centre or Retail or Hospitality Industry experience
• Resident of the Western Cape
• Clear Credit Record
• Clear Criminal Record
