Bulk Recruitment Officer (6-month contract)

Capita SA is seeking a motivated Customer-Centric individual/s who is ready to provide leadership through example by living Capita’s culture and values. As a member of the HR team, the Recruitment Officer will manage all the tasks related to the recruitment process.

Key Performance Areas:

  • Working experience of recruitment platforms/job portals
  • Ensure Recruitment processes are adhered to
  • Source and advertise various roles on multiple career/job portals
  • Ensure candidates match job profiles
  • Facilitate the recruitment process with Hiring Managers remotely or onsite by:
    • Arranging interview logistics
    • Setup and reviewing interview questionnaires
    • Assessments
    • Candidate vetting checks
    • Conducting interviews with Hiring Managers
    • Candidate employment reference checks
    • Driving employment equity targets
    • Extending employment contracts
    • Onboarding employees
  • Work towards recruitment objectives / KPI’s by:-
    • Meeting recruitment targets
    • Candidate profile objectives
    • Right fit for job
    • Building candidate pipelines
  • Professional conduct and the ability to work in a professional environment that adheres to the POPI, LRA, Basic Conditions of EE and various other governing acts and policies within recruitment and the wider business

Minimum Requirements    

Minimum Qualification:   

  • Matric (Completed)

Minimum Experience:

  • 12 months recruitment resourcing experience gained within an Agency and/or BPO recruitment environment.
  • At least 6 months high volume recruitment experience supported by a strong track record.
  • Working experience of recruitment platforms/job portals

Operational Requirements

  • You will be required to work remotely and occasionally at the office during the pandemic
  • For consideration you will require a fibre internet connection of 20mbps and higher
