Job Advert SummaryThe need has arisen for HRD Coordinator to join our team on a 6 month contract basis. Unitrans Supply Chain Solutions has the capacity to move any product through any supply chain, whilst reducing costs and increasing service levels and safety standards. We believe in creating long-term partnerships with our customers, enabling us to provide them with innovative solutions which are aligned to their strategic business requirements. The Human Capital Development department at Unitrans ensures the positive transfer of learning to achieve the company’s strategic objectives. 
Minimum Requirements• Matric. • Human Resources Development Qualification or HR related advantageous • Minimum 1 years proven working experience in  coordination/administration.• MS Office Suite proficiency.Required Skills: • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Excellent Interpersonal Skills. • Attention to detail. • Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. • Effective Report Writing ability. 
Duties & ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities: • Update and maintain administrative details within the Learning and Development space • Complete reports • Co-ordinate and assist with Learning and Development initiatives • Process payments if needed • Provide administrative support within the team • Track the monthly progress of Program initiatives. Maintaining relevant filing systems for the Program team. Weekly/ monthly reporting.
