Job Advert SummaryA fantastic opportunity has arisen for a high calibre Data Co-Ordinator to join one of the leading Transport Logistics providers in Sourthern Africa! The successful incumbent for this role will rub shoulders with some established individuals in the transport industry and will be assisting the Analyst in their day-to-day operational tasks. Please refer to the minimum requirements, duties and responsibilities below for further information. 
Minimum Requirements• Matric • Tertiary Qualification (Advantages)• Working experience on Excel• Up to 2 years operational admin experience (advantages)• Task driven and strong attention to detail• Ability to work in a fast pace environment• Strong communication skills• Efficient conflict handling skills• Pursuing learning opportunities and self-development• Time-Management skills• Customer Management competencies
Duties & Responsibilities• Assist with corrections and analyzing the data on the KM report, fuel report and load schedule report • Data capturing on various systems • Creating KPI presentation for clients• Ensure that reports are completed accurate and timeously • Ability to grasp understanding of operational systems and procedures • Maintain data integrity • Assist with weekly/monthly vehicle KM sheets• Assist with driver wages• Analyzing historical data for KM or revenue errors • Assisting controllers and planners with Datatim queries • Adhoc duties
