Key Performance Areas

To assist the Fleet Supervisor with departmental administrative functions. Perform all duties regarding administration for the Manager: Fleet on a daily basis. Do and manage all requisitions and general filing as required. Do the arrangements for all meetings in the department, which include booking of venues as well as taking meeting minutes.

Requirements

  • Grade 12 and must be computer literate.
  • Secretarial Diploma or transport related qualification will be an added advantage
  • Minimum 2-5 years in Fleet administration
  • No managerial experience required
