Duties And Responsibilities
– Validating of information of new applications scanned
– Validate all new applications and correct mistakes made
– Correct mistakes where possible without sending the application back
– Fax back all applications with mistakes that cannot be rectified.
– Verify all hand received applications
– Handling of telephone and written queries
– Answering all requests from life offices with reference to application being scanned, faxed or even telephone enquiries
– Report on irregularities on scanning system
– Handle correspondence relating to outstanding requirements of applications scanned.
– Assist team members
– Help to verify the new applications and posting of contracts
– Perform any other duties
– Print duplicate policies and policy information
Qualifications And Experience
– Grade 12
EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION:
– 1 Year assurance experience
– Computer Literate
